Two-Year Warranty

At Nitmoi, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we make. All Nitmoi leather goods are covered by a two-year warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use.

What Is Covered

If your product develops a problem caused by a manufacturing or material defect within two years of purchase, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After assessment, we will repair or replace the product where appropriate.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or damage caused by exposure to water, heat, chemicals, or other external factors.

Vegetable-tanned leather is a natural material. Variations in colour, grain, texture, and the development of patina are part of its character and are not considered defects.

Repairs

Even when an issue is not covered by the warranty, we may still be able to repair your product for a reasonable fee. Please contact us to discuss the available options.
